Te Atatu Peninsula Real Estate News Issue 20

In January there were 6 properties sold on the Peninsula which was one less than January 2013. However, the 7 sales last year took on average 40 days to sell compared to an average of only 10 days this year!!


The median selling price Jan 2013 was 570,888 which has risen slightly to $587,000 in Jan 2014.
