Te Atatu Peninsula Real Estate News 18

Last month on the Peninsula there were 13 sales, the median selling price was $673,000 and the average time to sell 25 days.
 
 
The highest value sale last month was 32 Abbotleigh Ave at $981,000.

 
Last months competition
The winner with the first correct answer received by e-mail was Brendan Murphy of Taipari Road.  Rutherford College first opened 5th February 1961.
