Waitakere City real estate sales numbers in October were the lowest in a decade for an October month. With this time of year being seasonally the busiest with a large number of properties coming onto the market to take advantage of the summer weather competition for buyers is at its greatest.
It is vital therefore that the seller uses the services of a top salesperson such as myself (with 21 years success; always in the top 2% of agents in the country) and selling over 20 times as many properties as the average New Zealand real estate salesperson.
